Apple's Mac OS X Setup Assistant
(aka "MacBuddy")

I served as the UX (User eXperience) Lead for the Apple "MacBuddy" project from beginning to end. I coordinated with technical experts and documentation specialists to ensure the user's smooth transition into a new and vastly different OS from all previous versions. I played a key role in all client and team meetings, directly produced all aspects of information architecture and content strategy, participated in visual design brainstorming and planning sessions, and was asked to perform a personal walkthrough and "clean-up" of the final screens as produced within Apple's technical team.
