In 1997 and 1998 I served as Pride Guide Coordinator with the Pride Committee of Houston's Pride Celebration Committee. In that time I published Pride Guides, which are the official guides to Houston's Pride celebration. In 1999 I served as Co-Chair to the Pride Celebration Committee, presiding over all of the subcommittees that make Houston Gay & Lesbian Pride possible.
